Project Summary
The Points & Cash rewards system provided more payment options for users. I teamed up with two other interns to design a new feature that let guests pay with reward points. We analyzed competitors, made wireframes, and created high-fidelity mockups.
These mockups were tested with 30 Amtrak users to get feedback on making the points and cash system more user-friendly.
